This model, taken from the most common Meccanograph of the Meccano manuals, try to demonstrate the possibility of realize functional mechanisms in a practical half scale than Meccano.
The gear box is simply realized with two cone pulleys and a spring cord. The movements of the arm and the tablet are identical to those of the Meccano model.
