Modello 10.7 Grande Gru Posa Massi Meccano Blu Quadrettato-Oro
E’ il modello del foglio di istruzioni No. 7 del 1954 per la scatola 10.
E’ stato realizzato usando pezzi blu-oro Binns Road anteguerra, con la sola esclusione delle due corone flangiate 167b e del motore elettrico E15R.
Le differenze con il modello Meccano sono nell’uso nella cabina di strisce e piastre flessibili e flangiate al posto delle più rare piastre piatte forate e delle strisce doppie, l’aggiunta di scale nel braccio.
Per migliorare la stabilità della ralla le ruote flangiate da 3/4″ sono state spostate all’esterno della corona 167b.

Model 10.7 Meccano Giant Blocksetting Crane Blue crossed-Gold
This is the model of the leaflet No. 7 for the outfit 10 of the ’50.
The Blocksetting Crane was built using blue crossed and gold parts pre WWII; only exception the two flanged rings 167b and the electric motor E15R.
The differences with the leaflet model are the use in the cabin of stripes, flanged and flexible plates in place of the rarest flat plates and flat girders, the addition of stairs in the arm and some minor differences.
To improve the stability of the roller bearing the flanged wheels 3/4″ have been moved from the inner to the external edge of the flanged rings 167b.
