Meccano Autobus Modello 6.16 del Manuale 50.6
Si è voluto verificare se il modello si poteva realizzare anche con la più piccola scatola 5.
Si è scelta la scatola 5 francese del 1954 con pezzi oro-blu uni.
Il modello risulta quasi identico a quello delle istruzioni della scatola 6 a dimostrazione della grande intercambiabilità dei pezzi Meccano, che consente di sfruttare fino in fondo i pezzi contenuti in una scatola.
I pezzi della scatola 5 sono stati in effetti usati quasi fino all’ultimo, dovendosi soprattutto sopperire alla mancanza delle piastre flessibili #190 e #196, le 2 piastre flangiate #53, varie strisce dritte, curve e piegate. Ovviamente si sono usate anche tutte le viti lunghe per sopperire al minor numero di viti contenuto nella scatola 5 rispetto alla 6.

The model is almost identical to that of the instructions of the set 6 and this demonstrates the great Meccano interchangeability of parts, which allows you to take full advantage of the pieces in a set.
The pieces in the box 5 were in fact used almost to the last, especially having to overcome the lack of flexible plates # 190 and # 196, the 2 flange plates #53, various stripes straight, curved and double bent. Obviously I have also used all the long screws to compensate for the lower number of screws contained in the outfit 5 with respect to 6.
